Looking for an Omega for the little missus

I’m looking for a 2284.50 (28 mm Case, quartz, of course, Classic black seamaster) but it must have the bond style bracelet. I already googled till I’m at the point of verbal venting. Found one on eBay but don’t want to buy used. Any help appreciated. I’m in SC.

As a side note, I got my seamaster back today with the non-americas cup dial installed. Gotta get a bond bracelet for it now, too. I shot some pics, but nothing of quality to post here. I’ll monkey with the camera some more tomorrow. The applied markers and shiny raised omega logo really make a difference, if you’re a watch nut and look that close. More to follow…

Ayuda Casio Pro Trek -

Hola a todos, soy nuevo en el foro y este es mi primer post, a ver si me podéis echar un cable. Quiero comprarme un Casio de la serie PRO TREK (PRG-80, 90, 100 etc…) me hace gracia tener un reloj multifunción, pero no se que diferencias hay entre los modelos 1VER, 7VER, 7AVDR etc… alguien me puede explicar que significan?
Creo que al final me quedare con el PRO TREK PRW 1200 (es atómico y yo viajo con frecuencia) pero también he visto en la web watchreport.com que existe el modelo PRO TREK PAW 1200 y lo ponen muy bien. Es la versión americana del mismo reloj? La diferencia es que uno tiene la correa de resina y el otro de titanio? Agradezco cualquier ayuda porque estoy MUY perdido. Espero haberme explicado correctamente. Gracias de antemano.

Tuneado de reloj ¿ se puede cambiar a cristal mejor -

Mi pregunta para los entendidos es si para un diametro determinado de reloj se puede cambiar el cristal por otro más resistente.
Estoy hablando de un capricho, claro. Tengo un reloj de cristal normal (que se llama ahora mineral) y querría ponerle uno de zafiro u otro que sea más resistente. El cristal normal se raya con mirarlo, al menos a mí y creo ser cuidadoso.
Hago la pregunta porque me surje la duda si aparte del diámetro hay que tener en cuenta el grosor o alguna otra historia.

Explorer II o IWC Chrono Pilot – Página 2 -

A mi tambien me gusta mas la esfera negra del explorer II.

Pero me surge una duda, por que decís que el explorer es mas multiuso? Acaso no se puede nadar con el IWC? No voy a hacer submarinismo ni nada de eso con él!

Omega Old Omega movement 1934 parts info-7703 -

I have an older piece, from the sn it looks like it’s from 1934 and inside the case are some scratch marks “lll” “llll” “vll” which I interpret as made in July (seventh month) of 1934. Anyway the movement apparently got wet at some time and the balance is quite corroded. A couple of questions: First, if the corrosion on the balance is removed, will it disturb the dynamics of the balance itself so it will need to be replaced? Secondly: What is the caliber of the movement. The only indication is what look like “oxg” on the edge of the movement. Is the balance interchangeable with other Omega calibers?
